Walang kamatayang Project Management

A successful project involves not only the project manager, but every project stakeholder.

Read below:
Project management responsibility can be elusive

Kahit ilang beses mong ipaliwanag, may mga tao talaga who would have their own way.

"You see, it doesn’t matter if you have a vision of what you think needs to be done if you can’t communicate that vision to others, especially your own boss......You may think it takes more effort to explain your vision to someone else than it would be just to accomplish the project and show them, but if it is a shared responsibility it is an absolute must"
You have to involve other stakeholders, shared responsibility yan. Kahit busy sila at ayaw nila, dapat maging involved sila. You have to find ways to communicate with them, one way or the other.

Paano kung talaga busy sila at ayaw nilang magpa-istorbo?

Bahala na si Batman.
